While some people I’ve worked with have reported full recovery in as little as three weeks, on average it takes around six weeks to achieve a 75% or greater reduction in symptoms, with full recovery in around 2-3 months.
This does vary from one person to another, but almost everyone reports seeing significant improvements during the first week of the program.
How long it takes is ultimately up to you.
The methods I teach are not therapy – no one is going to ‘fix’ you because you’re not broken. I show you what you need to do and you do the work.
So, how long it takes depends entirely on how committed you are to your own recovery.
Recovery from anxiety disorder is possible, I’ve seen numerous people recover using these exact methods, the same methods I used myself.
The methods I use are the same methods that created the ‘disorder’ in the first place (plus a bunch of other tools and techniques for good measure) so it’s proven to work.
Remember – you created your anxiety disorder, so you can also undo it.
